Embsmith provides professional and friendly custom digitizing service. Working with us is easy, risk free and a pleasant experience.

All artworks are verified thoroughly by our design department before digitizing gets started. All such communications are kept in Job Detail for reference. This is to ensure you that we guarantee our work is technically correct and you always get quality stitch file per your request.

Any changes to the submitted artwork after the design is punched will be subject to an edit or re-punch fee. However, minor design change or errors reported within 48 hours of delivery of final stitch file will not be subject to editing fees.

All jobs will be released to customers after payment received. We encourge the use of PayPal or Credit Card. All payment information are processed by secured server.

Additional charge may apply for delivery in diskette via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
